Why do insurance companies have to be such a pain? Or any customer service people? I've spent 2 days dealing with having a new cooktop delivered and I won't even go into detail about how ridiculuos the whole thing has been or how stupid people can be. Then today I get a call from Sears after I thought everything was worked out and I'm back to square one but this isn't about me it's about you and I'm sorry I'm rambling on your blog.
