So we are at 37 weeks, and little Miss Gabrielle Sylvia Taylor (you guys won on the name thing) will be here – shortly – I hope.
I have officially started to lose my mind.
I have done a little bit of shopping, and hopefully in the next few weeks I can knock some of the larger things off of my registry. The funny thing is – that on the second time around – your registry is way smaller – not because you need less stuff – you just don’t want all the first time baby CRAP that you registered for the first time. Like seriously – you figure out that you don’t need three different bottle warmers – if you decide you need one at all – I don’t. And while the baby wipe warmer was a lovely novelty the first time around , that we actually used, I don’t think the new kid will die if the wipes are room temp and not oh so snuggly warm.
Although This time there are a few things that we probably don’t necessary need to buy that I think we probably will, Like this time I think I want an actual pink carrier. And I plan on getting a new stroller that Cammy can be involved with the baby in the way I know she will most likely be trying to – like pushing the stroller. And since we all know I can’t let a three year old be in charge of pushing hte stroller – I can however let her stand behind the bar and think shes really in charge. hence the stroller to the right. Gotta get a new boppy, and covers, and the only major major thing left is a dresser for her stuff cause as it stands I got no space for anything we buy right now.
So anyway – I spent four days in the hospital last week, I don’t know
that I have mentioned that I have been having chest pains pretty regularly, joint issues have worsened, and the list goes on and on- I really just want her to come on out of the belly. And on top of htat bad week, the hard drive on my PC crashed and took every picture of my family for the last five years with it,. I should have backed them up the day we got the new DVD burner a week ago but as previously mentioned I was kinda busy.
My mom had a car accident and totaled out her leased car – but walked away from it – we are blessed. my husband has removed carpet and sanded floors in his office, which is awesome. He makes me so proud. And I am now offically off work – my dr said I have suffered enough. I can’t find the energy to do work and live and be at the same time. Besides if chest pains dizzyness, nausea etc etc isn’t enough to warrent staying home I’m pretty sure I don’t exactly care. Okay I do care but you know what I mean.

Hang in there! These last few weeks are the hardest.
Agreed w/Linlee…the last 4-6 weeks you just want that thing outta there!
But believe me, enjoy it….you are not gonna sleep for a year after the great day unless you have a nanny on staff…
You are almost done! I must say you look awesome. You look like you are 6 months pregnant, not nine.
Your final weeks sound worse than mine! It’s amazing how girl babies kick your ass. Hope it’s all smooth sailing from here on in. Can’t wait to hear all about her when she decides to come out!
